Anyone else obsessed with all the cozy blankets everywhere? Maybe it’s a 2020 thing. 🤷🏼 Everyone has been more focused on enjoying our living spaces. This fall and winter, I want us all to feel cozy, safe + comfortable. All the soft throw blankets to grab a book and snuggle up or watch a movie together.

I’ve found that a little bit of time and a couple of fresh pieces can make a huge difference in how much we enjoy a space. And ultimately, I was to create spaces where my family feels safe and will remember feeling loved. Here are some of my favorites…
This pillow is one of my favorite accents for the holiday season! It’s from PCB Home on Etsy. You can find it HERE and I actually love the updated font even more than the one I have!
I love the colors in this one. And those tassels! Find it HERE.
Pottery Barn Chunky Knit Throw
My knit throw blanket is from Pottery Barn a couple of seasons ago. But they have THIS gorgeous Chunky Handknit Throw right now that would be perfect. Or THIS cozy pompom Sherpa throw, which is a great price!
This throw is an investment, but I’ve had it for years and absolutely love it. It’s great quality, heavy enough for fall but can also be used year round. I bought mine years ago at Serena & Lily, and they no longer carry it, but you can find it HERE!
I grabbed this white faux fur blanket at my local target recently and I’m in love! I may have to fight my kids to use it! It’s so soft and weighted enough to be really cozy. The creamy-white color is so pretty. Plus, a great price on a large throw! It’s not weighted, but it has a really comforting and warm weight to it. (Updated: I ended up getting a second one because we all love it so much!) Find it HERE.
Target Oversized Chunky Knit Pillow
I also couldn’t resist this chunky gray pillow with it’s oversized knit. I knew it would be an easy addition to any of our couches, chairs or beds to add a little warm winter vibe. The kids spend a lot of time in our basement and I want them to feel toasty warm + comfy there, so this pillow was easy to toss on the couch or in our oversized leather gaming chairs. Find it HERE.
These are some of my favorites! They are soft, durable, come in tons of colors + sizes. And the best part? They are machine washable and wash up great! Which makes them perfect for kids. (Especially if someone’s been sick. Ew…into the washing machine it goes!) We have two of these in our great room and two matching navy throws in our basement so the kids can never fight over them. LOL! The kids each also have one of these on their beds. I have the smallest throw size which is prefect for one person to snuggle up, but you can also order them in larger sizes to fit bedding.
These are from my favorite local shop, The Schaefer House. (So is the chair and rug pictured and TONS of my other furniture, decor and bedding.) If you aren’t local to me, you can call them to order one of these. Check them out HERE.
Knit Pompom Pillow
Unfortunately this guy just went out of stock, but I’ll keep watching to see if it comes back and update here. In the meantime, HERE is another cute + soft pompom pillow option that I’m loving from Pottery Barn that is on sale for $17 right now!
This is one of my favorite throws! The knit is soft and doesn’t get fuzzy. It’s a light weight blanket, so it’s great year-round. I have the smaller 50 X 60 size. You can find it HERE and right now it’s on sale!
These are several that I love! I linked them all in my winter Bedroom Cozy-Over post HERE!
This is a great budget item! It’s soft and comes in a few colors. I have the twin and it’s a good sized throw, but it also comes larger if you want it for a bed. Because of the great price, it’s a perfect throw to gift too. You can find it HERE.
Wrap Up
Make your space work for you! Now I’m ready to turn on some twinkle lights and snuggle in front of the fireplace! What are your favorites for creating a cozy, inviting vibe?
XO, Kelli
