I typically go dry in January after enjoying cocktails during the festive holiday season, and this year was no different. It always helps me feel less inflammation, more clear-headed and drop a bit of extra holiday weight. 😆 It reminded me how much I enjoy my favorite mocktails!

You may or may not know that almost 3 years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer. After my diagnosis, I cut out alcohol for several months and have continued to reduce the amount I drink. But I wanted something that was truly a replacement for a good cocktail…not just a glass of flavored bubbly water on ice. Hands down my favorite non-alcoholic spirit is from Seedlip (my fav is Grove 42, but they’re all good). You can totally make mocktails WITHOUT a non-alcoholic spirit and I’ve included some below that I love. But if you want a replacement that’s as close as possible to a real cocktail, check out Seedlip HERE.
Panoma
- 2 oz. Seedlip Grove 42
- 3/4 oz. Le Sirop Grapefruit Agave Syrup
- 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
- Top with Club Soda (I like Fever Tree)
(Get it…like Paloma, but with NO alcohol…hee hee!)
Pineapple Mule
- 2 oz. Seedlip Grove 42
- 3/4 oz. Le Sirop Pineapple Sour Syrup
- Top with Ginger Beer (I like Q Mixers or Fever Tree)
I always have Ginger Beer on-hand, it’s one of my favorites to add fizz and flavor.
Golden Punch
- 2 oz. Water
- 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 t. Young Living Golden Turmeric
- Top with Ginger Beer or Pineapple Bubly or Spendrift
Use a frother to mix the Golden Turmeric into the water and pineapple juice. Once blended, fill with ice and top with your choice of fizzy. This one is great before bed and the turmeric supports healthy inflammation levels.
Sleepytime Bevvy
This is a new favorite of mine that I discovered from an episode of the House of Joy podcast. Perfect to enjoy in the evening and really yummy!
- 2 oz. Tart Cherry Juice
- Top with Cherry-Limeade Poppi
Spicy Margarita Mocktail
sadf
- ¾ oz jalapeno simple syrup (see below)
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz orange juice
- Sriracha Salt for rim (I use Fresh Jax from Amazon)
This one is best to make a shaker with ice. Totally optional, but it’s really good with tequila if you’re in a cocktail instead of mocktail mood!
TO MAKE SIMPLE SYRUP: Cook ½ cup water, ½ cup sugar and 2 slices of jalapeno in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool completely.

Grapefruit Spritzer
Amazing as a mocktail, but also a really yummy and fresh cocktail. It’s a little sunshine with just the right amount of spice.
- Juice of one large grapefruit (roughly 3 oz ish)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (roughly an ounce)
- 1/2 oz honey syrup *
- Ginger beer
- Grapefruit slice + rosemary for garnish
To make it a cocktail, add 2 oz tequila or vodka…your preference!
* To make the honey syrup, just mix 1/2 oz honey into 1/2 oz of hot water and mix until the honey dissolves. This allows the honey to mix in really well instead of staying thick.

Or sometimes I keep it simple and just do 2 oz. Seedlip Grove 42, lime juice and club soda (or a lime bubbly water). Simple and refreshing! If you also enjoy Seedlip, they have tons of mocktail recipes on their website HERE.
AND…make sure to save this post, because I will keep adding to it as I discover new mocktails that I love! CHEERS!
