I remember 10 years ago feeling like life was just passing me by. As a working mom with littles, I over-committed myself on the regular but gave very little thought to what I truly wanted for my life. I made the “responsible” choices, but ended up tired and stressed and feeling like everything was on autopilot. Not only had I forgotten how to dream, but I didn’t even consider dreaming an option.
But I knew God had a different plan for me. As I starting removing things that didn’t bring me joy, focusing how how I could be a better version of me as I showed up in the world, I started to find transformation in ALL areas of my life. As a breast cancer survivor, I know without a doubt (I’m talking deep down in my bones) that God didn’t put you on earth to live a Groundhog Day life. You are meant to be a bright light, sweet friend. It’s time to wake up to everything God has for you.
As a certified life coach, I specialize in guiding women on a transformative journey within themselves. To help you gain agency over your life. What is Life Coaching?

Sister, you have everything you need already inside you. You are a bright and shiny gift, created exactly as you should be with unique gifts + potential meant to be shared. And yet you may feel tired or overwhelmed by where you are. Afraid to have big dreams or unsure of what your calling is.
